Any legal dispute shall be subjected to the competent Spanish courts at the place of business of the Operator. These General Conditions shall be subject to Spanish law. These General Conditions were drawn up in English and translated into Spanish and German for customer service purposes only (courtesy translation). In the case of any dispute between the Parties with respect to the interpretation of any clause of these General Conditions, the English version shall determine such dispute and prevail in any respect.
